Velmora House is a consulting and communication firm working with small and medium-sized enterprises. The focus is on the three areas most often left unaddressed when a company starts to scale: operational development, organizational structure, and commercial positioning.

The work combines analytical business review with practical implementation mechanisms. We do not deliver theory documents and walk away. Diagnostics connect to roadmaps, roadmaps connect to operating procedures, and operating procedures connect to the people who will use them.

The firm operates remote-first across Europe. That means the cadence is set by the engagement, not the calendar of office visits.

How a Velmora engagement runs.

Five steps from first conversation to operational change. Smaller engagements skip step five. Retainers loop steps three and four every month.

    Discovery call

    A 30 to 45 minute conversation about goals, constraints, and the current state of the business. No commitment. We use it to confirm whether we are the right fit.

    Engagement scoping

    If there is a fit, we propose a scoped engagement - one of the productized packages, a custom combination, or a retainer. Scope, deliverables, timeline, and price are agreed in writing.

  3. 03

    Fieldwork and diagnosis

    We work with the team to understand context: interviews, data, documents, processes. Findings are recorded as we go, never sprung on the company at the end.

  4. 04

    Recommendations and roadmap

    We deliver a written report and a roadmap. Each recommendation has a rationale, an estimated impact, and a suggested owner inside the company.

  5. 05

    Implementation support

    Where the engagement includes implementation, we run review sessions, prepare templates and regulations, and stay close to the team until the change is operating.
